Flash Rooster

A chef from Levy Restaurants approached me to design a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) concept inspired by the flavors of Far East Asia. What better inspiration to draw from than the outdoor markets in Thailand, Vietnam, etc. The energy of the street is transported into Flash Rooster. The colors, materials, and culinary fare are all indicative of authentic Far East Asian street food and culture.
